Bobby came to my house on a Monday morning in no time. He assessed the situation, went and got his equipment and started the job. He made the call that I needed heavy duty work. He was so helpful.
If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have known I had sewer water in my basement and wouldn't have understood my rights to call the insurance company. AND he refused to accept payment for the work he did.

Fixed everything nicely, but left a mess in my house- even left tools and pipes laying around inside and outside. Slightly disappointed. Updated 11/11- So the first plumber that came out back in March actually caused some mold damage to the house and didn't properly fix the pipes. When we let the rental company know about this, Dry River came out and was SUPER apologetic. They fully explained the situation and fixed everything very quickly and without a hitch. They also let me know that the initial plumber that I had a bad experience with no longer works for them. I really appreciate it! Thanks guys.

Friendly staff, professional installers. Had to have my daughter's house water heater replaced and they came there, determined what size of heater needed and installed it in no time. Installers cleaned up their work area afterwards and even replaced a heavy object I moved for them so they could get to the water heater. OUTSTANDING work.

Twice I've had leaks that needed prompt attention. Dry River responded quickly and in both cases the same day. Plus very reasonable prices.
